At least 50 individuals have become ill after consuming food at a wedding in the Aurangabad district of Bihar.
The incident transpired on Sunday night in the village of Majhauli, under the jurisdiction of the Pauthu police station.
After returning home from the event, the attendees began to complain of stomach distress and vomiting.
The affected individuals were transported to the sub-divisional hospital in Rafiganj, where physicians diagnosed food poisoning.
However, they are no longer in peril.
The physicians speculated that the food’s quality may have deteriorated due to excessive heat and humidity.
On Saturday, approximately 200 individuals in the Banka district of Bihar became ill after consuming food at a wedding.
