In the fifth Test at Dharamsala on Saturday, India defeated England by an innings and 64 runs to extend its lead in the points table for the World Test Championships 2023-25.
The Indian team recovered from a reverse in the first Test of the series in Hyderabad to win all four of the remaining matches in this cycle of the WTC.
The English are currently ranked eighth in the table, with three wins, one draw and six losses in their ten Test matches so far.
