This is one of those days where people not only enjoy this wonderful beverage but also be thankful and thoughtful of the people who are part of its production. These people go through various hardships and exploitation especially in countries like India where Tea is too much popular.

There are various methods and ingredients to make Tea in various parts of the world. Each one of these methods has its own health benefits and a technique to master. So that’s why we will be looking at some of the most popular Tea or Chai as we say, around the world:

Ginger Tea: No point in guessing that the main ingredient in this tea is ginger. Ginger alone in this tea provides several health benefits. Green Tea: Might be the most popular tea among the masses because of its obvious health benefits. As suspected it helps in the weight loss of people. This tea is full of antioxidants which makes it good for your lungs, skin, stomach, and heart. 

Chamomile Tea: The herb chamomile act as the main ingredient in this tea. Besides having distressing powers it also acts as a great mood lifter. So if you are feeling down or not that good, now you know what tea to make for yourself.
