Punjab fame, Sara Gurpal has been evicted from Bigg Boss 14 house in surprise eviction. This makes her the first contestant to get eliminated from Bigg Boss 14.
Sara was one of the nominated contestants in the house. Later, BB Toofani Seniors- Hina Khan, Gauahar Khan and Sidharth Shukla were asked by the ‘Bigg Boss’ to choose one contestant from the nominated ones to evict from the house and they chose Sara.
The contestants who were nominated for eviction were Nishant Malkani, Rahul Vaidya, Shehzad Deol, Sara Gurpal, Eijaz Khan, Jaan Kumar Sanu, and Abhinav Shukla. Sara Gurpal had got only one vote while Rahul Vaidya and Nishant Malkani had got maximum votes. After Sidharth Shukla took Sara Gurpal’s name, Rubina Dilaik was seen consoling her and called their decision unfair.
Post her eviction, Twitter was swamped with mixed reactions. While many called it unfair including Bigg Boss 14 housemate Rubina Dilaik, others found it a logical decision made by Sidharth Shukla. Twitterati claimed that eviction power should have been left with the viewers rather than the seniors.
