JAC 2023 Result Announced: Tomorrow, the Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) will publish the Class 12 results for the year 2023 on its official website: jac.nic.in, jharresults.nic.in, and jac.jharkhand.gov.in.
JAC announced the result release date for Class 12 Arts and Commerce on the same day (May 23) as Class 10, 12 (Science) results.
According to sources, the Class 12 Arts and Commerce result is expected to be released between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m.
In 2022, the pass rate for the Arts stream was 97.43 per cent, while the pass rate for the Commerce stream was 92.75 per cent. In the previous year (2021), the board recorded an aggregate passing percentage of 90.71 per cent, with 3,31,056 pupils taking the Class 12 board examination.
Arts had the highest clearance rate at 90.71 per cent. Followed by commerce at 90.33 per cent and science at 86.89 per cent. In 2021, the class 12 examination was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Over 3.32 million students registered for the examination.
This year, 81.44 per cent of students in the Class 12 scientific stream were deemed successful. There were a total of 74,679 applicants for the exam, of which 73,833 showed up. However, 60,134 students have passed the class 12 science exam.
