Ranchi: Jharkhand BJP leader and Agriculture Minister randhir Singh who is often in news for controversial remarks has quoted another controversy, the minister has been accused of slapping an elected woman representative Pinki Kumari who is Zila Parishad member of Sarath block in Jamtara district.
According to the eyewitness Pinki Kumari was participating in a religious function organised in Kala Jharia of Jamtara district where the minister later also reached.
During the programme some argument broke between Randhir Singh and Zila Parishad Pinki Kumari and in the heat of the moment the minister slapped after which the woman fell down and broke her spectacles.
