JKSSB Recruitment 2021: J&K Services Selection Board, JKSSB has notified the recruitment process for District/Divisional/UT Cadre posts of various Departments under provisions of the Jammu & Kashmir Civil Services – Decentralization and Recruitment Act, 2010 and rules made there under read with other rules governing the subject.

How to apply for JKSSB Recruitment 2021:
1. Candidates need to apply online through JKSSB’s online application portal- ssbjk.org.in. No other means/mode of application will be accepted.
2. Candidates who have not registered earlier on the portal are first required to go to the said portal and register themselves by clicking on “Candidate Registration” link.
3. Candidates are required to have a valid Email ID and Mobile Number for registering and creating login credentials. The same shall be validated using OTP (One Time Password) based verification.
4. After creating login credential, candidates need to login with these credentials by clicking on “Candidate Login”. Candidate can update their information like mobile number, email id and password from time to time, but cannot change their First Name, Last Name and Gender.
5. After Login, the candidate can check under “Latest Openings” for all available advertisements and click on “Apply Now” against “Application Form for Appointment to the Post applied.”
6. Candidate must carefully fill in all the information in various sections and click on “SAVE & CONTINUE.”
7. Pay the application fees and click on submit option.
Educational qualification for JSSB Recruitment 2021:
Driver-II: Matriculation with the holder of Driving License of HGV/PSV.
Technical Officer: Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics & Communication/Renewable Energy/Computer Engineering Stream.
Research Assistant: First Class Master’s degree in any branch of Science/Mathematics/Statistics or First-Class Master’s degree in Engineering from any recognized University.
Driver Grade II: Minimum Matric and Maximum 10+2, having valid HGV/PSV Driving License.
Junior Engineer (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering from Govt. recognized Institute/Indian University; Degree in Civil Engineering or AMIE Section (A&B) India.
Junior Engineer (Mechanical): Three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. Recognized University; Degree in Mechanical Engineering or AMIE Section (A&B) India.
Examination scheme for JKSSB Recruitment 2021:
The exam will include of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions only except for items mentioned otherwise in the relevant column of Annexure ‘A’ to this notification.
The questions will be set in English only. (II) There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
