The Laser and Light Show at Burj Khalifa:
Every evening, the Burj Khalifa laser and light show begins very slowly just before the launch of the aquatic ballet. The LED bulbs come out and illuminate the lake with tiny shining lights, which makes the lake look a bit like a starlit sky.
Then music starts playing and it’s Burj Khalifa’s turn to light up with all its LED bulbs, changing color and then making the immensity of the tower shine with twinkling lights with laser jets.
The show is different every night, many times it pays homage to the rich traditions of the Middle East, showcases the nation’s heritage, its progress over the years and its future ambitions; you can expect to see projections of Arabic calligraphy, images symbolizing some official emblems of the United Arab Emirates such as the sand dunes representative of the desert, the flight of a falcon … this LED light show fits as well often in the news when it comes to celebrating the arrival of Ramadan or the Chinese New Year for example.
