Lenovo Unveils Tab P12 & Tab M10 5G: Following the introduction of the Tab P12 Pro in 2021, Lenovo has just released the Lenovo Tab P12. In addition, the Tab M10 5G has been released in Europe, following its release in India earlier this month.

The pixel density of the Lenovo Tab P12’s 12.7-inch LTPS LCD screen with a resolution of 2944 x 1840 and a refresh rate of 60Hz is 273ppi. Quad JBL speakers are included to provide an immersive audio experience on the tablet. On the camera front, it features a 13MP front-facing camera with an RGB sensor and ultra-wide field of view, and an 8MP autofocus camera with a Flash LED on the rear.

The device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor with an octa-core configuration consisting of 2 x ARM Cortex-A78 cores working at 2.6GHz and 6 x ARM Cortex-A55 cores operating at 2.0GHz. The Android 13-powered Tab P12 provides a promising software experience with two years of OS updates and four years of security upgrades. There are two memory configurations available: 4GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with either 128GB or 256GB storage. The tablet supports storage expansion via MicroSD card.
The tablet features numerous sensors, including an accelerometer G sensor, RGB sensor, gyroscope, E-compass, and a hall sensor. The power button incorporates a fingerprint sensor for enhanced security. Wi-Fi 6 and dual-band Wi-Fi, as well as Bluetooth v5.1, are available as connectivity options. The Lenovo Tab M10 5G has a 10.61-inch 2K display with a resolution of 1200 x 2000 pixels, a 15:9 aspect ratio, and a 90Hz refresh rate. Dolby Atmos is supported by the tablet’s 1 microphone, 2 speakers, and 3.5mm audio input, providing an immersive audio experience. It features an 8MP front-facing camera and a 13MP rear autofocus camera with a Flash LED.
The Tab M10 5G is propelled by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G Mobile Platform, which includes a Kryo 660 processor with 2x Gold cores clocked at 2.2GHz and 6x Silver cores clocked at 1.8GHz. The Android 13 T-powered tablet provides one year of OS updates and three and a half years of security upgrades. Two memory configurations are available: 4GB RAM with 128GB uMCP4x storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB uMCP4x storage. The tablet also supports storage expansion via MicroSD card.
The device is equipped with a number of sensors, including an accelerometer G sensor, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, hall sensor, vibrator, and SAR sensor. The tablet features dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth v5.1 for connectivity. It is designed to be slim and lightweight with dimensions of 252.74 x 160.34 x 8.3 mm and a weight of 490g. Price & availability
The Lenovo Tab P12, which includes a keyboard and Lenovo Tab Pen Plus, will be available in select markets beginning in July 2023 for a starting price of €499 including VAT. Alternately, the Lenovo Tab P12, with only the Lenovo Tab Pen Plus included, will be available in select markets beginning in July 2023 for €399 plus VAT. In contrast, the Lenovo Tab M10 5G will cost €399 including VAT and will be available in select markets beginning in August 2023.
