The LG Velvet dual-screen smartphone has become available for pre-order at Flipkart in India. The phone was launched last week but did not start selling as expected on October 30. Although this phone is now available for pre-order on Flipkart, its release date has been stated as November 12 on the e-commerce site.
The Indian variant of LG Velvet works on Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and comes in the only RAM and storage variants. The phone can be purchased in two combos, in which only LG Velvet phone can be purchased or dual screen combo, which has an additional display cover.
LG Velvet pre-orders; Price in India
The LG Velvet costs Rs 36,990, while the LG Velvet Dual Screen is priced at Rs 49,990. Flipkart currently lists only dual-screen combo for pre-order. Only phones without screens are not currently being sold online. The LG Velvet Dual Screen Combo is made available in Aurora Silver and New Black color options.
Flipkart has offered an instant discount of Rs 5,000 on American Express Card, 10 percent (up to Rs 1,500) on Federal Bank’s Debit Card and Rs 5,000 on RBL Bank Credit and Debit Card. Customers can buy phones cheaper using these offers.
LG Velvet specifications
Talking about the specification, LG Velvet works on Android 10 with a 6.8-inch full-HD + (1,080×2.460 pixels) cinema fullvision polled display with 20.5: 9 aspect ratios and 395 ppi pixel density. The LG Velvet will come with three rear cameras, also in vertical positions.
