According to police, a bus collided with a trolley in the Suhagi mountain area of Madhya Pradesh’s Rewa district on Friday night, killing 14 people and injuring 40 others.
The accident occurred between 10:30 and 11:00 p.m., while the bus was travelling from Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, to Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
According to reports, all of the passengers on the bus are Uttar Pradesh residents. Twenty of the 40 injured have been admitted to a hospital in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, and one is said to be seriously injured.
