Traffic Police issued challan to youth in Meerut after the latter was found driving his bike without a helmet in the Begumpul intersection of the city. Following, the man slammed his bike in the middle of the road.
According to the media reports, the rider made multiple requests to the police to not issue him a challan. He pleaded that he had just lost his job and is under extreme stress. The youth even held to the feet of the traffic policeman. After the decision to issue the challan was not retracted by the cop, the man smacked his bike to the floor and started crying.

TI Sunil Singh later pacified the young man and sent him home. According to the traffic police, the youth has been identified as a resident of Kharkhauda.
