Bihar leader of opposition Tejashwi Yadav has taken the protest to the roads of Delhi. He has called everyone to join him and RJD at Jantar Mantar in the protest. He tweeted today morning, “Come Delhi, join us today at Jantar-Mantar in evening for dignity and safety of Bharat Mata’s daughter”. Raging against the rape incidents he has also released an open letter to the Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
Following Tejashwi’s call, politicians and other than politicians have started to give their consent for being present in the protest. In the reply to Yadav’s tweet, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has also accepted the invitation and has urged the people in Delhi to also come and join the march. Rahul Gandhi is also likely to join Mr Yadav in his rally.
I will also join [email protected] in his attempt to seek justice against the tormentors of small girls in Muzaffarnagar for personal as well as political reasons, personal because I have a daughter too and political because he is enemy of my enemy. https://t.co/xlN6UUtPfx

He came down hard on Bihar deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi, who on Friday sharply criticised the leader of Opposition in the state Assembly Tejashwi Yadav for his decision to stage a dharna in New Delhi on Saturday over the Muzaffarpur shelter home sexual abuse scandal. Tejashwi Yadav tweeted, “ If immoral Nitish Kumar thinks Muzaffarpur mass rape case soon will fade out from public memory, he is deadly mistaken. I SHALL NOT LET IT HAPPEN. Better, he speaks to his opportunistic Conscience at the earliest”.
