National Award-winning actor, Nawazuddin Siddiqui who had earlier said that there is no racism in Bollywood, posted a tweet about differential treatment in casting actors due to his skin color.
“Thank you for making me realise that I cannot be paired along with the fair and handsome because I’m dark and not good looking, but I never focus on that,” Nawaz tweeted.

Last year in an interview, Nawazuddin had praised the film industry for giving priority to talent over good looks.
With some impeccable performances in Bollywood films like Gangs Of Wasseypur, Kahaani, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Raees and Haraamkhor among others, Nawaz is counted among the most versatile actors of Bollywood.
