NCT 127’s 7th Album: K-pop group NCT 127 announced it has its seventh full-length studio album coming out on August 24, and along with that there is also the launch of its fifth world tour, “NEO CITY – THE REDLINE”. They’re doing this while celebrating 10 years since their debut, and yeah, the news was confirmed by SM Entertainment on Tuesday.
The new record will be NCT 127’s first full-length album since “Walk,” which was released in July 2024. SM Entertainment said the new project kind of reflects on the group’s decade-long route. At the same time it’s aiming forward with that familiar experimental sound and performance style that have basically defined NCT 127 from the start.
NCT 127’s 7th Album
NCT 127 debuted on July 7, 2016, using the single “Fire Truck.” Since then, they built a big international fanbase thanks to songs like “Cherry Bomb,” “Kick It,” “2 Baddies,” and “Fact Check.” Over the past ten years, NCT 127 has turned into one of SM Entertainment’s key flagship acts, grabbing commercial momentum across Asia, North America and Europe.
NEO CITY – THE REDLINE Tour
After the album release, NCT 127 will kick off its fifth concert tour, “NEO CITY – THE REDLINE.” It starts with three shows at KSPO Dome in Seoul, running from September 18 to 20. The tour will then continue across major Asian cities.

The first round of confirmed stops includes Jakarta on October 3, Hong Kong on October 10 and 11, Singapore on October 18, Bangkok on October 31 and November 1 and Taipei on January 2, 2027. SM Entertainment has indicated that additional tour dates and cities will be announced through the group’s official channels.

Five-Member Lineup
The comeback will feature Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Jaehyun and Haechan. According to the agency, members Doyoung and Jungwoo are currently fulfilling their mandatory military service and will not participate in this promotional cycle. The release also follows the return of Taeyong and Jaehyun from military service, making it the group’s first major comeback under its current lineup.

The announcement coincides with NCT 127’s official 10th debut anniversary celebrations. Earlier on July 7, the group released special anniversary photos and videos before confirming details of the new album and tour, extending what SM Entertainment had previously outlined as part of its broader 2026 anniversary roadmap.
