Patanjali Ayurved was told to recall six of its medical products from Nepal by its Department of Drug Administration as the products were found to be of “substandard quality”. The department functions under the Ministry of Health.

After conducting inspections at a number of outlets and testing samples, the public notice was issued.  Officials said all six products made in Patanjali’s manufacturing unit Divya Pharmacy in Uttarakhand were failed microbial tests.
