NTA NEET 2020 admit card to release on this date; Know important updates here

NEET aspirants who have filled the application form will be able to download the NEET admit card 2020 by entering their application number and date of birth on the official website of ntaneet.nic.in.

NTA NEET 2020 admit card: Amid coronavirus outbreak, where exams are regularly getting cancelled along with this, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to release the admit card of NEET 2020 on March 27. NEET aspirants who have filled the application form will be able to download the NEET admit card 2020 by entering their application number and date of birth on the official website of ntaneet.nic.in.

Thereafter, on the candidate’s registered mail ID, a copy of NEET admit card will be sent. In case a candidate are not able to download NEET UG admit card 2020 or finds any discrepancy, they must contact the helpline number from March 27 to April 10, 2020, between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Note: Candidates have to bring admit card along with a passport size photo, valid photo ID and the proforma, while appearing for the exam.

The postponement information of NEET 2020 exam is doing rounds however, nothing has been decided regarding the same, as per officials.

NEET admit card 2020 is mandatory for candidates to carry the same to the examination hall, failing which entry will be restricted. The admit card will consist of details such as date, venue and time of examination and also certain exam day guidelines as set by the authorities.

How to download NEET admit card 2020:

  • Open the official website of NTA NEET 2020
  • Enter your NEET application number, date of birth, security pin and click the ‘Submit’ button
  • The NEET 2020 admit card will appear, verify the details mentioned on the same
  • It is advised candidates take 3-4 printouts of the same for future use

In case of any mistake in the admit card of NEET, it is essential that medical aspirants get them verified under stipulated time to avoid unnecessary complications.

For the same, candidates are advised to report the same to the authorities.

Candidates can download the admit card of NEET till the date of exam, i.e., May 3, 2020.

 About postponement of NEET 2020:

There have been many speculations that the examination of NEET 2020 might get postponed to avoid clash of dates with CBSE board exams.

As per the MHRD official, the authorities have not decided anything related to the postponement now. Thus, it is advised that aspirants refrain from believing in fake news and only rely on updates from the official website.
