The social media giant is apparently testing a new feature which is supposed to add a tag, “Original Tweeter” to the user whoever initiated a Twitter thread! According to the report by technology-based website TechCrunch, Twitter has noded to the experiment, saying that it indeed has rolled out the tagging attribute to a small of percentage of both the iOS as well as Android users.
As soon as the feature broke to same users, they did not take any time to share it on Twitter with a rather, “what is that?” remark.

Earlier, Twitter rolled out a fresh interface for its web-users which came with shortcuts, an updated trending section and a newly-designed emoji button.
“A new Twitter is coming. Some of you got an opt-in to try it now. Check out the emoji button, quick keyboard shortcuts, upgraded trends, advanced search and more,” the company tweeted early on Wednesday.
With this update, Twitter has kept in mind little aesthetic updates to make it easier to see who all are involved in a conversation.
