Patna Saras Mela 2023: These days, Patna has a plethora of fairs taking place at Gandhi Maidan. Along with Disneyland, Kashmir Fair, and a magic show, the Saras Fair from Friday, December 15 is almost ready to begin. There will be self-help groups representing 17 states participating in this fair, as well as the culture and folk art of 17 states, as well as the culture and folk art of Bihar.
