Another Pulwama CRPF martyr's widow seeks proof of terrorists killed in Balakot

At least 45 CRPF troopers were killed and some 20 others injured on Thursday when a van packed with explosives reportedly rammed into a CRPF bus on the Srinagar-Jammu highway in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama distric.  In the deadliest attack ever on security forces in Jammu and Kashmir, a Jaish suicide bomber rammed a vehicle carrying over 100 kg of explosives into a CRPF convoy of 70 vehicles in Pulwama district.

The attack took place when the CRPF was moving 2,547 CRPF jawans/officers in two convoys moving close to each other from Jammu to South Kashmir in 78 vehicles including, buses, armoured vehicles and jeeps.

The number of casualties may rise as several soldiers are still battling for life. While Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to martyrs by observing two-minute silence, you can also extend help to bravehearts by donating money for their families through the following ways.

Here are few methods by which you can donate to the family of victims

Bharat Ke Veer app

In mid-2017, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Home Minister Rajnath Singh opened a novel ‘Bharat Ke Veer’ website and mobile app to support the life and education of soldier’s children.

This crowd-funded initiative will financially uplift the Indian army personnel and their family, the latter who are now orphaned due to the ghastly terrorist attack in Pulwama, Jammu & Kashmir on February 14 2019.

You can download the application on your mobile phone or visit the website Bharat Ke Veerto make a contribution to support the families of the jawans who died in the line of duty. The monetary contributions made on the website go straight to the bank accounts of martyred soldiers’ families.

CRPF Wives Association collaborated with one of the most popular e-commerce websites in India to help donors contribute to the fund which will go to aid martyr’s family.

The donations can be made through “CRPF Bravehearts” option. The option can be see in the ‘Donation’ category with “Contribute’, written.

Indian citizens and even non-residents overseas can make a huge difference to bereaved Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) family members.
