PUSU Election 2022 Result Live: Anand Mohan elected President of Patna University Students’ Union; JD(U) wins 4 out of 5 posts

Patna University Student Union Election 2022 Live:

Elections for the Patna University Students’ Union are currently underway. After the second round of counting, the JD(U) candidate has taken the lead in all four seats. After voting from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., the votes are counted at Arts College in Patna beginning at 4 p.m.

NSUI’s Shashwat Shekhar leading for president’s post in first round

The counting of votes for the Patna University Students’ Union elections has begun. The first round of voting for the position of president is currently underway. Shashwat Shekhar of NSUI is leading the first round by 100 votes. Out of 51 ballot boxes, 17 have been opened.


Patna University is holding student union elections today. Voters have begun to cast ballots. After today’s voting, the votes will be counted. Voting took place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Following that, the counting process began at 4 p.m. at Patna’s Arts College.

The voting process has concluded. The counting of votes has begun. The Arts College is under tight security as the votes are counted. Jitu Raj has been appointed as a counsellor at Arts College. The election policies will be delivered late tonight.

This is the percentage of votes cast in these colleges.

Patna Women’s College received 68.75%, College of Arts and Crafts received 81.9%, Magadh Women’s College received 58.9%, Women’s Training College received 68.3%, B.N. College received 45.54%, Patna Training College received 50.5%, Commerce College received 42.03%, Patna College received 50.8%, Patna Law College received 32.29%, Faculty of Commerce and Law received 43.3%, Faculty of Commerce

A total of 54.33 percent of students voted for 31 positions in the students’ union. The vote is being counted. ABVP has begun with a victory. Sanjeev, a student leader, was elected to the post-graduate Science Council.

JD(U) dominates Patna University students' union polls

All four positions have gone to JD(U). Probably never before has a political party experienced such success. Vipul from the ABVP has been appointed general secretary with success. Sandhya Kumari of Jd(U) won the election for joint secretary. In contrast to Ravi Karan, who was running for joint secretary of the ABVP, Sandhya received 4787 votes.

Anand Mohan of Jd(U) has won the presidential election. By 1193 votes, Anand prevailed in the election. Anand Mohan received 3710 votes, while Shashwat Shekhar received 2517. Similar to this, JD(U) candidate Vikramaditya Singh won the position of vice president by 1329 votes. Pratibha received 2726 votes, while Vikramaditya received 4055. By 2062 votes, JD(U) student Sandhya Kumari won the position of joint secretary. Sandhya received 4787 votes, while Ravi Karan of the ABVP received 2725. Ravikant of the Jd(U) won the position of treasurer by 964 votes. Ravikant received 4006 votes, while Vaibhav of the ABVP received 3042. Vipul of the ABVP has been elected general secretary.

Anand Mohan is set to win the position of central panel president in the Patna University Students' Union elections. Anand Mohan of the JD(U) is ahead of Shashwat Shekhar of the NSUI-AISF. Simultaneously, RJD-backed candidate Saket is in third place. Vikramaditya Singh of the JD(U) is the frontrunner for the position of vice-president. Number two is talent. At the same time, Sandhya Kumari of the Student JD(U) is almost certain to win the position of joint secretary.
