Madhya Pradesh: Six ministers of Kamal Nath cabinet to be removed

Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi during a media interaction earlier this week in Indore stated that Congress had not declared a Chief Ministerial candidate in Madhya Pradesh although having two clear faces as part of a ‘strategy’.

Rahul Gandhi speaking on the lines of Kamal Nath and Jyotiraditya Scindia said, “Why should I not use capabilities of both my leaders, rather than only one and the same strategy is inducted in Rajasthan too”, Rahul Gandhi added.

Ahead of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan polls, Rahul Gandhi is aggressively campaigning for Congress party in the respective states. There are two major candidates for the Chief Ministerial post including one old guard and one young politician.

Kamal Nath & Jyotiraditya Scindia to woo Madhya Pradesh voters

Congress party is looking to end its 15 years of exile in Madhya Pradesh, where State Congress Chief Kamal Nath is focusing on party activities and Scindia is indulged in campaigning work. Talking about the Chief Minister’s face, both leaders have claimed that the party’s central leadership will decide the ‘CM’ if we voted to power. Being a senior leader Kamal Nath is very close to central leadership including former Chief Minister Digvijaya Singh. Conversely, Scindia is considered a firebrand politician and holds a big popularity among youths of the state.

Congress is currently utilizing both leaders in the state to woo senior citizens through Kamal Nath and Scindia to focus on youths. Voting will take place on November 28 in Madhya Pradesh and results will be declared on December 11.
