MySmartPrice reported the news and provided a new design render of the Galaxy Z Flip 5. The render of the upcoming foldable smartphone has been leaked by reliable sources, giving us our first glimpse at the device. Observing this render reveals the device’s design, which affirms the Galaxy Z Flip 5’s large new cover display. According to rumours, the forthcoming Flip model will feature a taller 3.4-inch external display.
This is significantly larger than the previous 1,9-inch version. Notably, this makes it larger than the 3.26-inch screen on the Oppo Find N2 Flip. The dual camera configuration is horizontally positioned, with the cover display immediately beneath it. The device will likely be able to add more functionality and display more data on this interface due to the increased screen real estate.
For instance, it can be used as a superior viewfinder when taking photographs with the higher-resolution rear cameras. According to our current knowledge, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. It will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. A 3,700mAh battery that may support 25W rapid charging. The rear will presumably retain the dual 12-megapixel camera configuration.
