In the latest twist to the notorious Sheena Bora murder case, the wife of an inspector who was a part of the probe of the case was found murdered in Mumbai’s Vakola on Tuesday night. Inspector Dyaneshwar Ganore is part of the investigation squad in Sheena Bora case. His wife, Deepali’s body has been sent for post-mortem.
Prime accused Indrani, her husband Peter and Sanjeev Khanna have been accused of plotting and killing Sheena Bora.
Sheena was Indrani’s daughter from an earlier relationship. She was killed on April 24, 2012. But the case came to light only in 2015 after Shyamwar Rai was detained in another case.
Rai was also detained in the case but he turned an approver last year.
All the three key accused, Peter, Indrani and Sanjeev are in judicial custody.
