Farmer’s protest has been going on for a while, but what made the whole issue come in limelight was the violence which took place on Republic Day, in which many farmers along with police personnel got injured.
Rihanna had tweeted ‘Why are we not talking about this’ citing a CNN news article on internet blockade in parts of Delhi amid farmer’s protest.
Among one of the stars from Bollywood who supported her tweet was Shreya Dhanwanthary, an Indian actress, model, director and author who is predominantly seen in Hindi and Telugu films. In her tweet, which has been going viral, she wrote- ” I Mean… come on!! Seriously. Why Aren’t we talking more about this?’
To which her fans and public didn’t like her coming up and talking about this and said we are unfollowing you, but many came up with reasons as well to “WHY”

As Rihanna’s tweet created an outrage among the people, among one was Kangana Ranaut, the Bollywood actress who called the pop singer names, moreover called the farmers who agitated for their rights ‘terrorists’ and called Rihanna a ‘fool’. Take a look at her tweet here:
