A few months back, Sidharth Malhotra took to Twitter to announce his next film titled Marjaavaan that reunites him with his Ek Villain co-star Riteish Deshmukh and Aiyaary co-star Rakul Preet.
The film also stars Student Of The Year 2’s Tara Sutaria.
Today, the filming began and Sidharth posted another picture from the sets which has him showing a punch to the camera with various religious symbols inked on his fingers. He captioned the picture with, “Ishq aur inteqaam ka koi mazhab nahi, koi ek Rab nahi! #Marjaavaan Shoot begins today!” The first poster of the film made it clear that it won’t be a mushy love story but a bloody one.
This film is directed by Milap Zaveri who had a great 2018 with Satyameva Jayate doing good business despite contesting with Akshay Kumar’s Gold at the box office. Check out the pictures right here…

Speaking about the film, Milap had said, “I am continuously grateful for all the support my film Satyameva Jayate received. So excited and grateful to team up again with T-Series and Emmay. This is a family production for me to have all those associated with it, as part of it.” The film is expected to release on October 2, 2019.
