What to do uf the Deposit is Missing

A late payment does not always mean the benefits are gone. The delay may happen because recertification was not finished, income papers are still missing, or a household change was not reported on time. The safest first step is to check the EBT balance through the state website, ConnectEBT, ebtEDGE, or the phone number on the back of the card.
