Singer Sona Mohapatra and comedian Mallika Dua have been indulged in a social media tussle for quite a few time now, revolving around the #IndiaMeToo campaign.
Recently, Mallika Dua had took to social media to call out Sona Mohapatra over suicide of a person named Arghya Basu, who was accused of sexual harassment by Sona’s “friend” Nishta Jain, in the wake of #MeToo movement.
In a series of tweets, Mallika had said, “missing your toxic activism regarding the suicide of Arghya Basu. Please oblige in your characteristic uncouth style.”

In response to Mallika’s tweet, Sona Mohapatra said that Dua’s feminism of convenience isn’t fooling anyone.
Responding to Sona’s Facebook post, Mallika once again lashed out saying, “Your brain and tongue need a check Sona.”
