South Central Railways recruitment: The South Central Railways has invited applications through email/WhatsApp for temporary recruitment for the post of specialist doctors, GDMO doctors, nursing superintendents, lab assistants and hospital attendants at the Central Hospital, Lallagauda for a period of three months. Candidates will be selected based on their interviews.
There are a total of 204 posts to be filled through this recruitment drive. Candidates have to send scanned copies of prescribed application along with requisite documents, age proof, education qualification etc in PDF format to [email protected]. Candidates can apply for the posts till April 15.

Former government medical officers/paramedical staff of Central/state government/former Railway employees and candidates from Open Market who wish to offer their services in Quarantine/Isolation wards exclusively for Covid-19 patients at Central Railway Hospital Lallaguda, can apply for the posts.
Education:
- For the post of specialist doctors and GDMO doctors, an MBBS degree is necessary.
- For nursing superintendent posts, applicants should be a certified nurse and midwife with a three-year course in general nursing and midwifery.
- Candidates with diploma in medical laboratory technology and for hospital attendants class 10 pass with ITI course can apply for the post of lab assistants.
For the post of specialist, candidates will be paid Rs 95,00 while for the GDMO doctors posts, salary of Rs 75,000 per month will be provided.
For nursing superintendent, Rs 44,900 and for lab and hospital attendant a salary of Rs 21,700 and Rs 18,000 plus allowances will be paid.

- Maximum 54 years
Based on educational/ technical qualification and experience in relevant field, the application forms received will be selected by the nominated committee.
Applicants to the extent of 1:3 of the number of vacancies will be interviewed through WhatsApp. Selected candidates must work in COVID wards. This work will be carried out for three months, and the former railway doctor will be given priority.
