In 2023, according to astrological forecasts, there will be four eclipses. According to the data collected, there will be two solar eclipses (Surya Grahan) and two lunar eclipses (Chandra Grahan).

On Thursday, April 20, 2023, the first solar eclipse of the year (Surya Grahan) will occur. It will commence at 7:04 AM and end at 12:29 PM. However, India will not be able to view the eclipse.

On October 14, 2023, the second solar eclipse will occur before the end of the year (Saturday). It will be visible in West Africa, North America, South America, the Atlantic, and the Arctic.
