Sushant Singh Rajput died of suicide on June 14 leaving his fans and industry in shock. The 34-year-old actor was found hanging at his Bandra residence.
The actor’s untimely demise has sparked a conversation on mental health and nepotism in the industry. More than Sushant’s fans or friends from the film industry, it must have been an even bigger loss for his family members, and the pain they must be going through at this time is unfathomable.
Recently, a prayer meeting was held in Patna for the late actor by his family, and pictures and videos from the same have now surfaced on social media.
The video seems to have been taken from outside the room. Sushant hailed from Patna, and it was only last year that he visited his hometown and his ancestral home in Bihar, to fulfil his mother’s mannat for his mundan.
An investigation in Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case is still going on. A few days ago, his rumoured girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty was interrogated by the Mumbai Police, and yesterday, Sushant’s friend Siddharth Pitani was also spotted at Bandra Police Station for his interrogation.
