Taapsee Pannu Ties the Knot with Mathias Boe: During an extremely intimate ceremony, Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu married Danish badminton coach Mathias Boe. When the duo first met in 2013, at the inaugural Indian Badminton League, their love blossomed.
As soon as the couple’s families met, they were able to date each other. In spite of dating for over a decade, Taapsee and Mathias kept the details of their relationship a secret.

According to a report in News18 Showsha, Taapsee Pannu has married her long-term boyfriend, Mathias Boe. On March 23, 2024, the couple married in an intimate ceremony attended by their families and close friends. A source close to the couple said:
“The wedding took place in Udaipur and was an extremely intimate affair. The pre-wedding festivities kick-started on March 20. The couple was very sure that they didn’t want any media attention on their big day. Both of them are known to be very private and reserved people and they wouldn’t have had it any other way.”
The report also mentioned that writer, Kanika Dhillon, who has worked with Taapsee on Haseen Dillruba, Manmarziyaan, Dunki, and Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba, and her husband, Himanshu Sharma, attended the actress’ big day. Moreover, on March 23, 2024, Kanika shared a series of pictures on her Instagram account, in which she wore a pastel-hued saree. The hashtag, however, hinted at the wedding of Taapsee and Mathias.
According to the source, Taapsee wanted only her close friends to be a part of her wedding ceremony, which is why many popular faces from Bollywood did not attend her wedding. Taapsee’s special day was attended by Pavail Gulati, Anurag Kashyap, Kanika Dhillon, and others, according to the source:
“Taapsee’s Dobaaraa and Thappad co-star Pavail Gulati joined the guests at her and Mathias’ wedding. Anurag Kashyap, who shares a rather close bond with Taapsee and has directed her in films like Manmarziyaan and Dobaara and produced Saand Ki Aankh also flew to Udaipur.”

A photo posted on Pavail Gulati’s Instagram account also featured Taapsee’s sister, Shagun Pannu, her cousin Evania Pannu, Abhilash Thapliyal, and Chirag Shetty, a badminton player.
While Pavail did not mention that the pictures were from Taapsee’s wedding, the comments on the post were enough to prove the same. Abhilash commented, “IYKYK”, while another netizen added, “Congrats coach”.
