TN 10th result 2021:The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu will release the TN SSLC result today, August 23. Students will be able to download Tamil Nadu 10th marksheet from the official website of the DGE TN or else from the result portals hosted by NIC.
The result will be accessible on the official website- tnresults.nic.in. This year, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, SSLC exams 2021 were cancelled and students were evaluated on the basis of alternative marking criteria.
Students were evaluated in the 80:20 formula which means, 80 per cent weightage was given to quarterly and half-yearly assessment tests and 20 per cent to attendance.

TN SSLC Passing Marks

TN 10th Result 2021 – Re-evaluation/ Re-totalling
The Tamil Nadu Board gives the student provision to apply for re-totalling or re-evaluation of the TN 10th Result 2021. After the TN SSLC Result 2021 is declared, the board will release the applications for revaluation. Students can apply for the same by submitting the prescribed form and pay Rs 250 as the fee. Students must note that only the increase of marks will be taken into account.
Tamil Nadu 10th Supplementary Result 2021
Some students may be unable to clear a subject in the TN SSLC exam. Such students may apply for Tamil Nadu 10th Supplementary examinations. Applications for TN supplementary exams will be made available through respective schools. Students will have to pay the desired fee as the TN 10th supplementary examination application fee. After the application process is done, DGE will conduct compartment exams in August, tentatively. Tamil Nadu 10th Result 2021 for supplementary exams will be declared in August 2021.
TN 10th Toppers List
Since 2018, the Tamil Nadu Board has stopped releasing the names of the toppers to discourage stress among the students. Instead, the State Board will be announcing the city or district which registers the highest pass percentage. The same will be updated here for the students’ reference.
