Dozens of passengers of Mahamana Express had to face trouble because the train was originally scheduled to depart at 5:25 am on Friday, but it departed on Thursday.
From the reservation center to the inquiry counter, passengers are struggling to obtain detailed information and faced a lot of trouble in the morning.
One of the families of Trilochan Mahadev, the Karanraj came here with the family. He wanted to travel to Vadodara. The ticket was taken from the counter, on which the date of December 18 is inscribed.
Similarly, about 60 passengers from Mau and Varanasi arrived. When they arrived at the railway station, passengers got no information and kept wandering here and there. Passengers also tried for refunds of tickets and later disappointed commuters created uproar.
Passengers said that railway officials were supposed to inform everyone about the changes in the train schedule. However, the disappointed passengers returned home afternoon.
