New Delhi: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, or UPMSP, has declared that the pending UP Board practical exams for class 12th students will be held on June 9 and June 10, 2020. Over 20 lakh students took the Class 12 written exams this year.
The practical exams had been postponed in the wake of the COVID-19 lockdown. UP Board said that students are required to get in touch with the district education officer’s office to check their practical exam centres.
“Class 12 practical exams, which were not conducted earlier, will be held on June 9 and June 10 at government-aided and unaided schools. Students can contact their respective district education officers for information regarding examination centres,” Neena Srivastava, Secretary, UPMSP, said in a statement.
UPMSP earlier declared that the evaluation work of over 99 per cent class 10 and class 12 board examination answer sheets had been done. UP Board Results are likely by June-end.
Class 10 and 12 board exams were held from February 18 to March 6. More than 50 lakh students are eagerly waiting for their UP Board exam 2020 results.
This year, the evaluation process of answer copies has been postponed by COVID-19 lockdown. However, evaluation of answer sheets in 20 green zone districts resumed on May 5. In 19 districts with red zones, the evaluation work started on May 19.
Results of Class 10 and 12 board exams will be announced by UPMSP on the official website at upmsp.edu.in. Candidates have entre their login credentials like roll number and registration number to check results.
