Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test, UPTET Result 2022 and final answer key are awaited by over 20 lakh aspirants who appeared for the examination on January 23, 2022. UPTET result 2021 was slated to be released on February 25, 2022 but was not released reportedly due to UP Assembly elections. However, some reports suggest that result is expected to release on March 18, 2022, check details and minimum qualifying marks.
UPTET 2021 exam was conducted on January 23, 2022 and UPBEB released the UPTET provisional answer key 2021 for the candidates to raise objections. UPBEB will prepare the final answer key after conjuring the objections raised by the candidates on the provisional key. As per the UPTET 2021 schedule, the result was scheduled to be released on February 25, 2022 but reportedly, due to assembly elections the result date was deferred.

According to the local newspaper, more than 21 lakh candidates have appeared in the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test including Paper 1 and Paper 2, out of the total appeared candidates, about 13 lakh candidates have appeared for the Paper 1 Test and 6 lakh candidates have appeared in the Paper 2. The result for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be published by the 25th February 2022, every individual who qualifies for the examination will be able to download the scorecard. General Category candidates: 60 %. This is equivalent to 90 marks. While for other reserved category candidates, the UPTET passing marks are 55% (equivalent to 83).
UPTET Result 2020: Highlights
Like every year, lakhs of candidates appear for the exam. The data released by the officials state that the total registered candidates for Paper 1 are 1083016 while for paper 2 is 573322. While 990744 and 523972 candidates qualified paper 1 and paper 2 respectively, a total of 294635 and 60068 candidates qualified for the same.

Uttar Pradesh Teachers Eligibility Test (UPTET) is conducted to provide the eligibility for candidates who want to become teachers for primary and upper primary classes in schools of Uttar Pradesh. UPTET eligibility certificates are valid for a lifetime now. Candidates who qualify in the UPTET 2021 exam can apply as teachers of the aforementioned class groups in Uttar Pradesh state.
