Vivo Alludes to the Global Launch of the X100 Series on December 14: Vivo introduced the X100 series smartphone featuring the potent MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor first. They introduced two models in November: the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro, both of which feature an exceptional camera and performance. The crucial question, however, was when they would go global.

The date of the global Vivo X100 series introduction disclosed

We believe we may have the solution, as an error occurred on the global website of Vivo. With a “coming soon” message, a portal showcasing the Vivo X100 series is now live on their website. When the link is clicked, a page appears that provides information regarding the worldwide release date, which is December 14th. Then, both X100 models are anticipated to be available.

Nevertheless, the website also specifies November 24 as the date for pre-orders. This statement appears to be false, given that the specified date has elapsed and Vivo has not yet declared any pre-orders. Furthermore, information regarding the date of the sale has not been disclosed.

Descriptive Information

In summary, the Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro both feature an in-screen biometric scanner and a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and HDR10+ support. Additionally, they have dust and water resistance ratings of IP68.

A 50MP main sensor and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor are fitted to both smartphones. In addition to a 64MP telephoto lens, the standard model features a 50MP telephoto lens on the Pro model. Both models feature 3x optical magnification and 100x digital zoom. Additionally, they feature a 32MP selfie camera and the V3 imaging processor, which is exclusive to Vivo.

The Vivo X100 series is, as previously stated, propelled by the Dimensity 9300 SoC from MediaTek, accompanied by 1TB UFS 4 storage and up to 16GB LPDDR5T RAM. The batteries in the standard and pro variants are 5,000 and 5,400 mAh, respectively, and are charged via 120W and 100W wired connections. Also compatible with 50W wireless charging is the X100 Pro. Similarly, they include Android 14 based on OriginOS 4.
