A bad cell phone signal forced the MoS for Finance Arjun Ram Meghwal on Sunday to climb a tree in Rajasthan’s Bikaner. This probably is the first such incident. Meghwal instructed authorities to take help from villagers in his constituency after climbing a tree. Eventually, a special ladder was ordered to help him.
Meghwal visited residents of Bikaner’s Dholiya village after receiving complaints that the local hospital doesn’t have a sufficient number of nurses. Meghwal went on to resolve the issue by calling on the phone when the incident happened.

However, this wasn’t new sight for the villagers as it was normal for people to climb trees looking for an improved signal.
