The four time National Film Award winner Kangana Ranaut is an avid user of social media and often put forward her opinion online. The actor on Tuesday celebrated her birthday and the trailer of her upcoming film ‘Thalaivi’ was unveiled.
The trailer of the film was launched yesterday in Mumbai. In the press conference, the ‘Panga’ actor gave a powerful statement about women. A video is doing rounds on the internet where she can be heard saying “A lot was going on in my life. But, I believe if you see our history, whoever disrespected a woman their destruction was guaranteed. The history is witness. Ravana insulted Sita, Kauravas disrespected Draupadi.”
