A 36-year-old woman poured boiling oil on her husband during a fight over his illicit affair. The incident took place in the early morning of Sunday in Yeshwantpur.
The woman has now been arrested and is being inquired about the incident.
The police revealed the condition of Padma’s husband Manjunath, who was admitted to the hospital immediately by his neighbors. Police further added to it that he is in a terrible medical condition and has 50% burn injuries, his medical treatment is still going on.
The accused, Padma is a resident of Yeshwentpur and on Sunday, she had a fight with her husband over his alleged extramarital relationship, which turn out to be violent and in the rage, she poured boiling oil on the face of her husband. After hearing the noisy disturbances, her neighbors rushed to their house and took Manjunath to the hospital immediately.
