Two dead in explosion in District Court Complex Second floor, five injured in Ludhiana, Punjab. The blast took place in a washroom on the third floor of the Ludhiana court.
A crowd gathered outside the court after a blast was heard in the area. A video from the spot shows fumes coming out of the building.
A team of police rushed to the spot soon after the incident was reported.
