Indian Railways: Jan Sadharan Express got its four bogies derailed immediately after starting from Danapur railway station. The train departs from Danapur and had started from platform number four for Delhi when four bogies of the train got derailed right out the Danapur railway station.

To the relief, no loss of life is recorded and passengers sustained minor injuries in the accident. The passengers got panicked and rushed out of the train coach to save their lives.

Following the mishap, the team of RPF, GRP, and Railway officers came to the spot immediately.

However, the reasons behind the accident are yet to be identified. The team has already started to move the derailed bogies from the track and the train is expected to get a green signal to start for Delhi late at night.

As of now, the services on the platform number four of the Danapur railway station have been blocked. The other trains specially those on the routes of Patna-Delhi-Patna suffers the consequence, as the routes of many trains have also been diverted.
