Who doesn’t enjoy a tasty vegetable roll as an evening nibble or light meal? With different combinations of ingredients, an infinite number of concoctions are possible. Here are six healthy and delectable vegetable roll recipes that will leave you salivating.

Veggie rolls are among the children’s preferred snacks. This is a fantastic method to incorporate more vegetables and protein into your child’s diet. Who said that fast food must be unhealthy? You may include chickpeas, paneer, sprouts, or any type of legumes or pulses as a source of protein. You can add salsa for a Mexican flavour, garam masala and chaat masala for an Indian flavour, schezwan or Chinese condiments for a Chinese flavour, and cheese to make everything taste even better. Kathi rolls are also a wonderful option for a tiffin box, but avoid putting sauce inside the roll, as it may make the roll soggy and unpleasant to eat. Include it in a separate container for children to dip and snack on. Now, let’s examine six recipes for healthy and delectable vegetable rolls.
