T20 World Cup 2026 Super 8 Points: The ICC T20 World Cup 2026 has moved into an exciting new phase as the Super Eight stage begins. The first match in this stage is between New Zealand and Pakistan.
After the group stage ended on February 20, the eight qualifiers were split into two groups of four. Each team will play three matches in a round-robin format. The top two teams from each group will move on to the semifinals, scheduled for March 4 and March 5. The winners of the semifinals will meet in the final on March 8.

Pakistan will open the stage against New Zealand on February 21 at R. Premadasa Stadium. People will watch for Babar Azam’s elegant batting and Shaheen Afridi’s swinging deliveries in the final overs.
Meanwhile, Sri Lanka, leading Group B and co-hosting, will take on England on February 22 at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium. Sri Lanka will rely on Wanindu Hasaranga’s tricky spin and Pathum Nissanka’s steady batting to challenge the English side.
