Full List of Phones Launching in September: September 2026 looks set to be a hectic time for people shopping for new phones. Apple is expected to roll out its next high end iPhones. POCO has already said it will launch its F9 line globally. At the same time, other brands are getting ready to release models for their target regions.

Plans can change month to month. So it helps to tell apart deals that are confirmed from phones that are only rumored. Some models mentioned in early leaks can also show up in certain countries first, then arrive in India later.

Full List of Phones Launching in September

1. iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max

The iPhone 18 Pro series is likely to lead the September releases. Several recent reports say Apple could hold a September event. Those reports also mention the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max as top items for that launch.

Apple has not shared official word on the iPhone 18 lineup yet. That means the timing and the specs are still guesses for now, not confirmed facts. Some reports add that the Pro models may get the A20 Pro chip. They also point to camera upgrades and tweaks to the front display. There is also talk that the regular iPhone 18 might not launch at the same time as the Pro models.

2. Apple’s First Foldable iPhone

September 2026 could also mark Apple’s entry into the foldable smartphone market. The device has been referred to by different names in reports, including iPhone Fold and iPhone Ultra, but Apple has not confirmed its branding.

Recent reports suggest a book-style foldable design and a premium price positioning. However, details regarding its final name, specifications, markets and availability remain unconfirmed.

3. POCO F9 Series

Xiaomi and its POCO launches point to a global launch on September 1, 2026. The lineup is thought to include the POCO F9 Pro and the POCO F9 Ultra. POCO is describing the F9 range as an all-round performance flagship. That line suggests the main goal is strong day to day speed and overall power. We will only know the full specs and what is sold in India after the global launch.

4. Redmi Note 17 Pro and Redmi Note 17 Pro Max

The Redmi Note line may also get a bigger push in India in September. New rumors place the Redmi Note 17 Pro and Redmi Note 17 Pro Max for an India launch around September 15. Xiaomi still has not made any official call on the date.

The Redmi Note series is still a key mid-range choice for many buyers. So a local launch in India could pull in a lot of attention. People who want many features may like it without paying flagship level prices.

5. Vivo X500 Series

Vivo has confirmed that its next flagship X-series phones will arrive in September in China. The lineup is expected to include the Vivo X500, Vivo X500 Pro and Vivo X500 Pro Max.

The company is focusing heavily on camera and video improvements, making the X500 series one of the more interesting launches for mobile photography enthusiasts. A global or Indian launch schedule has not been fully confirmed yet.

6. Vivo V80 Lite

Vivo is also preparing the Vivo V80 Lite 5G for a global launch on September 3, according to recent reports. The device has attracted attention because it is expected to feature a massive 10,000mAh battery.

The September 3 launch currently relates to the global market mentioned in the report, and an India launch should not be assumed unless Vivo makes a separate announcement.

7. Boltt Ace 5G and Boltt Evo

Boltt is now selling in the phone space with two new models, the Boltt Ace 5G and the Boltt Evo. Flipkart will carry both handsets in India starting September 1.

The Ace 5G is built for people who want low cost 5G. The Evo is meant for budget buyers. The company’s launch note says prices will start at ₹9,999.

Samsung Galaxy S26 FE

Samsung’s Galaxy S26 FE is getting a lot of attention, but there is a timeline detail that matters. Some lists put it in September, yet Samsung has posted a different date.

Samsung says it will hold a Galaxy Event on August 27, 2026. At that event, Samsung plans to add something new to the Galaxy S26 line. The invite does not spell out the device name. Because of that, the Galaxy S26 FE should not be treated as a sure September release. It could reach shoppers near early September, based on where and when it is sold.

Should You Wait for September 2026 Phone Launches?

If you plan to get a high end smartphone, it may help to wait for September. That month is expected to feature Apple’s next top model and multiple new Android phones. With more options in the market, current models may also see price shifts.

That said, do not buy only because of rumor based specs. Release dates, what countries will get the phones, the final cost and even some hardware can change right up to the official launch.
