After lifting the IPL trophy of this season, Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma has headed with his wife and daughter for short vacation ahead of the world cup 2019.
The family has taken off to their favorite place the Maldives as it’s their second vacation on the island.
The cricketer in 2017 also went on holiday with his wife in the Maldives after withdrawing himself from the India squad for a few matches.
This year India has a good chance to claim the world cup for the third time and it seems the vacation before the big tournament will charge the batsman.
In the IPL this year, the batsman did not have a decent season. He managed to score two 50s and that too in the second half of the tournament.
Rohit Sharma who is the vice-captain in the world cup this season scored 405 runs at an average of 28.92
