A complaint has been filed in court against Azamgarh MP Dinesh Lal Yadav Nirahua for allegedly dividing the Yadav community while addressing a public meeting in Chandauli district by making controversial and undignified statements. The mp was summoned and sentenced by the court. The matter was scheduled for hearing on Friday after the court ordered the registration of the complaint filed in the court of ACJM Pancham MP/MLA Ujjwal Upadhyay as a miscellaneous suit (October 4).
According to the case, Sunil Yadav, a resident of Chaubeypur’s Chitauna village, filed a complaint in court through advocate Omprakash Yadav. On October 25, Azamgarh MP Dinesh Lal Yadav Nirahua addressed a public meeting in Chandauli district.
During this time, the MP attempted to divide the Yadav society by making divisive and demeaning statements while speaking to the people from an open platform. This MP’s statement has hurt the feelings of Yadav society members living in the country and abroad.
At the same time, other members of society are making comments in response to the MP’s statement. As a result, the Yadav caste is terrified. The court has been requested to summon and punish the MP for such a reckless act.
