Common Admission Test, CAT 2020 Mock Test link has been released for candidates on the official website at iimcat.ac.in. The admission test for Indian Institutes of Management, IIMs will be held by IIM Indore on November 29, 2020 across the country.
Candidates who have registered for the exam should go through the mock test on the link provided below to understand the process of the computer based test.
NOTE: The CAT 2020 Mock Test available on the official website is primarily for candidates to understand the process of the online exam – including the marking of the questions, how to select the correct answer etc.
CAT 2020 Exam: General Instructions
- CAT 2020 examination is divided into three sections of 40 minutes each and total 120 minutes. PwD candidates will get 53 min and 20 seconds for each section.
- A clock will appear on the top right corner which will begin once you start the test. After completion of 40 minutes, the section would be locked and the clock would stop. The responses to the section will be auto-submitted. You will then need to move to the next section and start answering the next set of questions. The same process will be repeated for all three sections. On submission of all three sections a summary of your answers will be displayed on your screen.
- Candidates will be allowed to leave the exam hall only after 120 minutes have elapsed. A writing pad will be given to the candidate for rough work and calculation. This has to be submitted to the invigilator at the end of the test.
- Candidates who have applied are advised to carefully preview the instructions provided in the mock test to save the time in the actual examination.
- Admit cards have also been released on the official website which would have the reporting time and slot allotted details for candidates.
