Ahead of Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections scheduled for later this year, MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has been featured as ‘Bahubali’ of the state in a two minute long fan-made video. The video is doing rolls among the fans of Bahubali as well as citizens of MP as the chief minister lip-sync some of the famous dialogues from both the Bahubali movies.

The viral video morphing Shivraj Singh Chouhan into the avatar of Bahulbali, also featured many eminent political leaders including Congress chief Rahul Gandhi, current state-in-charge Kamal Nath and Jyotiraditya Scindia. It also has a ‘not-to-miss’ cameo from former state chief minister Digvijay Singh.
This is not the first time that Chouhan has made it to the screen with heroic face for his followers. Earlier this year, he featured as Rowdy Rathore (a screen character played by Akshay Kumar in one of his films) in a video. Infact, there was one video – Super Mama – where the current MP CM appeared as Super Mario, a character from famous video game.
Though the video has garlanded a wide attraction and applause, such a content ahead of elections is bound to invite criticism as well. Few took a jibe at Shivraj Singh Chauhan with one saying that, “he should have been ‘Kattappa’ and not ‘Bahubali’ as he is famously known as Mama ji.”
