In the announcement, the Board cited heavy rainfall in the state as the cause for delaying the CSBC Bihar Prohibition Constable Recruitment further.

Notable is the fact that candidates who have been shortlisted may use their previous admit card to access the examination site. No candidate will be issued a new admission ticket. Therefore, candidates who have been shortlisted for the position of CSBC Bihar Prohibition Constable Recruitment must arrive at the same time and location for the physical efficacy test.

In July, the written examination for the Bihar Prohibition Constable Recruitment was released, and now those who passed will take the physical performance test. In the interim, the Central Selection Board for Constables (CSBC) posted notices regarding discrepancies in the forms submitted by applicants for the Bihar Police Constable position. In the official notice published on August 3, CSBC stated that many applicants for the police constable position selected the incorrect gender on their application forms. Numerous male applicants have selected ‘female’ as their gender, but their photographs reveal that they are male.
The same error has also been made by some female candidates. Everyone was instructed to make adjustments between August 4 and August 10 by visiting the official website and logging in with their ID on the Bihar Police tab. The CSBC notification lists 851 applicants who are required to make adjustments to their application.
